Life happens – we get it. To keep things fair for everyone, here’s our simple policy:

  • No-stress rescheduling: Need to adjust a session? Let us know 14+ days in advance at Admin@serenityhaven.org.uk and we’ll rearrange at no cost.

  • Late changes: For cancellations or reschedules within 14 days of the session, a small 50% feeapplies to cover preparation costs.

  • Illness/emergencies? Just share a heads-up – we’ll waive the fee and prioritize finding a new date.
