I am passionate about supporting young children, specialising in working with those who display challenging behaviours in residential care homes. Over the past six years, I have worked in five different care homes, making a positive and impactful difference in the lives of children aged 7 months to 18 years.

Through my experience, I have identified a crucial period in adolescence, specifically for girls aged 11 to 17, where targeted support can significantly influence their development into adulthood. To address this, I am launching a mentoring company in London focused on empowering girls within this age bracket.

I am confident in my ability to reform attitudes and perceptions, aiming to create a strong team of leaders among both mentors and mentees.
